So easy to learn, we started using it straight away

The owner was looking for a new POS solution to help streamline everyday business operations. After extensive research, Vectron’s Hotel POS system was decided upon.

Up to a culinary challenge the hotel recently won second place against six other finalists in the tough Culinary Shield Competition, part of the Barwon Health Geelong Hospital appeal. Busy due to this success and their prime location any system supplied need to support fast, easy ordering.

Touch screen terminals were installed through out the bar and restaurant and point of sale handhelds supplied to staff for on the floor ordering.

“The table maps are great showing up which spaces are outstanding.  Adding new specials and meals is so simple.  Everyone is very useful, and I can’t rave enough about the support staff, they ensured we are looked after from day one”.

“Before we had the pos handhelds staff had to take the order, walk to the till, then the kitchen. Now with the handhelds we can we position just one person at the bar to manage all the orders. The handheld give us a better awareness of where customer’s are, lets them roam and we can take orders while they are on the move. We now also offer an increased level of service and less wait times at tables”

“The back office is so user friendly I don’t feel daunted by it. Looking at sales, stock takes reports are easy. We are in the process of setting up the loyalty cards, not sitting back as we want to make the best of our system”.
