The Australian beer drinking segment is at a 65 year low according to and IBIS World market research report in 2017. However one sector bucking the trend is the Craft Beer Production, which has flourished over the last 5 – 7 years.  Craft beer sales have increased despite beer consumption falling per capita.

The market is looking for something different, their beer tastes are changing. Craft beer is hand crafted using the best ingredients available. Consumers love a sense of the beers origin, ownership and the opportunity to meet the brewer not a corporate giant.

We’re not asking you to walk away for the corporate giants, there’s just an opportunity to offer something different to your patrons. Adding a Pale Ale or IPA to your venue might just be a change your consumers are looking for.
